SearchForVideo is a search engine for video content that pulls from many different sources.  There is a lot of content indexed, though the results you get might not quite match what you wanted (in a search for "library," 7 of the first 10 results had nothing to do with libraries).  You can also get RSS feeds for your favorite searches to get notified when new content in your interest areas is indexed.  Worth checking out
